Magenta contains a number of system units; Direct, Agency, Medical Screening, Claims, Underwriting, Reporting and Magenta Connect. Clients can use all, some or just one of these system units. They have been designed to cater for those clients which specialise in a particular sector of the travel insurance market (such as Direct or Claims) and can therefore "stand-alone"; but also provide an integrated solution for those clients which provide a wider selection of services in Travel Insurance. This means that an organisation that sells policies direct to the public and handles their own claims; can view any previous claims when they are selling a policy to a customer and all the information from a live policy is automatically available in the claims unit of the system - saving time and improving accuracy.
Magenta is live with a number of clients including one of the UK's largest travel insurance specialists.
Magenta is a web based application which in order for users to connect requires a simple web brower. Each user has a log in to the system which defines which units of the system they have access to and in some units what specific functions they can carry out.
Magenta is compliant with requirements set out by the FSA.
Magenta is able to connect to clients public facing web sites as well as client extranets. |
